Ihave just bought a panasonic hdc-sd700.. i upgraded from an hdc-sd10)..
the 700 has fantastic quality video, it is classed as pro-sumer and can shoot 1080p 50p pal (60p ntsc).. it has 2 mos sensors and is great in low light, has a mic input and a cold shoe.. if you want to save yourself all the research i did..just buy it..you will love it…£700 ish.. well worth? it tho
Umm I have a question. I just wanna make vids on youtube with respectable camera quality. I had a GFM digital Camera/camcorder and the? USB thing fell out.
It was very good in the dark–actually not at all good. Should I just get another one of those or get a better one Price range 50-60 dollars.

No your wrong….Harddrive camcorders are good? BUT!! There not good for any movement the harddrive stops recording…..Mini dv Canon GL2 is tape and its $1,500+ and the Canon XL1 is 2,000+ and its tape…….Harddrive mostly means easy uploud and in some cases slightly better video Q…….

I have a Aiptek A-HD+.
It shoots 1080p @ 30FPS and 720p @ 60FPS.
Its a cheap camera from Walgreens, and it was about $100.
It works great outdoors, but what kind of consumer camera should i get that has a
- Wide Angle Lens / wide? field of view for shooting indoors and confined spaces?????

when will mega? pixels max out??? i think where at around 14 MP’s now 3 years ago we were around 6-7 maybe. this is bullshit. U know in some japanese lab there is a camera fully made that is like 30 mega pixels. but they will slowly bring pixels 1-2 at a time. to make more money. whats after digital camera’s. 3-d image camera of course.
