OZRIC TENTACLES live at the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland Ohio on Oct. 31st, 2011 – Halloween Night. Shot from my light rack at the rear of the venue with a simple board recording. We had a nice older camera, but I sure wish I had a nicer, new High Definition Camcorder to use for this show. But it’s still very enjoyable to watch – and everyone had a good time that night. The Ozrics played 2+ hours.

I still have my memories of gigs past and recordings collected. I fear I shall drift, somewhat “Agog in The Ether” and rest blissfully beneath “The Domes of G’Bal”!!? Om Shanti!!
Yes… sometimes it’s just a shining “moment in? time” and then it’s gone! Jumping John is surely missed (as are all the old members), but you have to carry on no matter what since situations, line-ups, etc. are constantly changing. It was still a very enjoyable show though… and I thought they did very well with this smaller line-up. I hope you find the magic again soon, Druid. Good Luck!
Have loved Ozrics for over 20 years but they’re just? NOT the same minus “Jumping” John! Sorry Ed but you’ve lost the “magic”!!!
Thanks, Ozricness! Not being quite sure,. I knew I had a large chance of being wrong. But is it the Om Riff I hear in the song? Thanks for? the correction… much appreciated!!
They haven’t played Om Riff live since the early 90s. This tune is Ayurvedic -? and very good at that.
Thanks for the kind words, Projektor4! A bit of old fashioned video editing on the fly from multiple sources… along with some older style Opti’s and small strobes. I like to keep it moving! A nice HD Camcorder is on my list for the future for sure…? Cheers!
my psychedelic eye is highly delighted by this astounding visual programming ! …it does the new age jazzrock fusion music of the tentacles proud.
though i´m not a fractals fan, …the infinite possibilities of? mandelbrot numbered paisley patterns quickly gets very samey to me, …your pyro-kaleidoscoping and multi-optikinetics are right-on !
looking forward to view future HD 16×9 solar fire lightshow camera captures…
Nice job? Jim. Go Ozrics!
